Celosia argentea var. plumosa

This Celosia adds a brilliant pop of color to your garden and cut arrangements. We enjoy how this variety isn’t completely uniform: There are various shades of reds and purples in the blooms, leaves vary from greenish red, or reddish purple, and a few individuals will have crested flower heads. If you are looking for uniformity, this isn’t the variety for you.

Excellent for fresh or dried flower arrangements, and also has edible leaves. Blooms from June through the first frost. Plant seeds indoors and transplant after danger of frost has passed, or direct sow and thin to 1’ spacing in late spring or early summer.
