Our favorite golden bell. We've been growing this for a few years now, and have found it to be widely adapted. The walls are thick and flavorful, the plants get loaded with fruit, and the peppers seem to mature quicker than other yellow or red bells. They are sweet and delicious raw, and make a great stuffed pepper or roasted pepper puree. This is an 1800s heirloom from Doe Hill area in Virginia.
