This OSSI variety bred by Frank Morton of Wild Garden Seed is really beautiful, and does great in the heat when other greens are bolting. It has a slight salty flavor which makes it a fun addition to a mixed green salad. After it has bolted, you can either save your seeds for replanting the following year, or cut the flower/seed heads to put in fresh flower arrangements.
