Fagopyrum esculentum

This fast growing cover crop is ideal for warm weather months. It quickly germinates and creates thick biomass that can out-compete summer weeds, and feed your soil. The cute flowers bring in lots of pollinators, and the large seeds are easy to save for future cover crops, or as an edible grain.
